Wats wrong wit my comp~

Haiz.. getting very frustrated with this comp d.. First thousands of virus.. Then spyware.. Now can't even chg my IP address.. Haiz.. I really wanna make a new comp.. But my bro seems to be getting a new laptop. Wat will happen to this? Haiz.. ~S.M.~
